YOGA SATURDAYS LIVE AT THE LAGRANGE FITNESS CENTER  11:30-12:30

Members of LaGrange Fitness may attend this in-person class. Students should sign in at the Fitness Center desk up to 30 minutes before class. Students will be spread apart and be asked to wear masks as they move through the building but can be taken off for our yoga class once on your mat.
