Join me for calming breathing, yoga and guided meditation exercises. Studies have shown that learning meditation practices at an early age increases a child’s emotional stability, resilience, self-confidence, and prepares the child to successfully navigate life’s emotional ups and downs.


This class is for children ages 5-12.  Adults are welcome to join in!
